How to use the Remodeling EXAMPLE pack

1. Open `buyer-list-example.csv` in Google Sheets or Excel. Every row says EXAMPLE. **Do not contact these rows.** They are fake.
2. Read across one row: who, where, the signal, its date, the source type, the best channel, and a note.
3. Pick the channel per row (`best_channel`): email, text, letter, or door note. Use the matching message in README.md.
4. Personalize one line: name the public reason (the permit, the weather date, the post), never anything private.
5. Track it: add columns `contacted`, `replied`, `booked`. Follow up once on day 3 and once on day 7, then stop.
6. Follow the rules: Keep it light: a welcome and an offer, not a recital of their sale price. Rows with a fresh remodel permit are removed because someone is already hired. Follow your state's home-improvement contractor rules.
