How to use the Real estate agents EXAMPLE pack

1. Open `buyer-list-example.csv` in Google Sheets or Excel. Every row says EXAMPLE. **Do not contact these rows.** They are fake.
2. Read across one row: who, where, the signal, its date, the source type, the best channel, and a note.
3. Pick the channel per row (`best_channel`): email, text, letter, or door note. Use the matching message in README.md.
4. Personalize one line: name the public reason (the permit, the weather date, the post), never anything private.
5. Track it: add columns `contacted`, `replied`, `booked`. Follow up once on day 3 and once on day 7, then stop.
6. Follow the rules: Nobody on the list asked to be contacted. Check phone numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and your state's rules before calling. Follow your brokerage's prospecting policy. This is not a portal or Zillow connection.
